1. Scanning QR code: When the qr code navigation agv is travelling, the on-board camera constantly scans the QR code on the ground, and resolves the position coordinates and direction information in the code through image recognition technology.
2. Position correction: the analysed position information is transmitted to the control system of the qr code navigation agv in real time, the system corrects the current position of the AGV in real time according to the information of the scanned QR code, to ensure that the qr code navigation agv can follow the preset path in accurate form.
3. Execution conditions: under the instruction of the control system, qr code navigation agv identifies the correct QR code sequence on the preset path and advances one by one until it reaches the destination to complete the whole navigation task.
4. Flexible deployment: QR code navigation does not require complex deployment conditions, only need to lay QR code labels on the ground, which greatly simplifies the deployment conditions of the customer and reduces the implementation cost.
5. Accurate positioning: QR code has high-precision positioning characteristics, allowing qr code navigation agv to achieve millimetre-level positioning, which can meet the needs of high-precision material handling.
6. Flexible path adjustment: by replacing or rearranging the QR code labels, the travelling path of the AGV can be easily adjusted to adapt to the rapid changes in the production layout.
