QR code navigation uses its camera to recognise the QR code laid on the ground, so as to obtain position information and navigation instructions. The QR code usually contains three parts of information: the circles in the four corners are used to locate the QR code recognition area, the graphic area in the middle is the QR code value, which is used for the main recognition, and the X and Y axes are used to mark the direction. When the AGV's camera identifies the QR code, it outputs the distance and deflection angle between the centre of the sensor and the centre of the QR code. This information is transmitted to the AGV controller, which calculates the AGV's position on the map based on this information and plans a navigation path with a high degree of accuracy.The AGV qr code navigation travels along the preset path, scanning the QR code labels on the path in turn until it reaches the destination. When it reaches the destination, the AGV qr code navigation will scan the QR code of the destination to confirm the arrival, which ensures the accuracy and reliability of agv operation.
