It can convert the input voltage or current signal, through the internal converter and controller, into the angular displacement, angular velocity or torque output on the motor shaft to achieve the drive and control of the controlled object.

The basic working principle of an electric servo drive is based on a closed-loop control system. It usually consists of servo motors, power amplifiers, position sensors and controllers. When working, the controller receives the signal command from the host computer, calculates the difference signal through the internal algorithm, and then controls the power amplifier to output the corresponding current or voltage to drive the servo motor to rotate. At the same time, the position sensor detects the position information of the motor in real time and feeds back to the controller to form a closed-loop control to ensure that the motor moves accurately according to the instruction requirements.
