Overview

3. Intelligent control: the 3 phase driver built-in intelligent control algorithms, according to the environment and agv's motion status to adjust drive parameters, optimise motion control.
4. Signal reception: the drive receives motion commands from the AGV control system, including the adjustment of target position, running speed, running acceleration and other parameters.
5. Current conversion: The rectifier circuit inside the 3 phase driver can convert the input AC power into DC power, and then convert the DC power into three-phase AC power through the inverter circuit to supply power to the three-phase motor.
6. Motor control: The 3 phase driver can accurately control the current and voltage of the motor, so as to achieve precise control of the motor speed, torque and direction. The 3 phase driver can monitor the motion status of the motor in real time through the encoder and other feedback devices to ensure that the AGV travels according to the predetermined trajectory and speed.
