AGVs with lifting devices combine automatic guidance technology and lifting mechanisms to travel autonomously on a preset path and lift materials to a specified height as needed. Its core components include agv lift vehicle body, drive unit, navigation system, control system, lifting mechanism and safety protection system.

1.Agv lift vehicle body: As the carrier of the entire AGV lift, the agv lift vehicle body is designed with durable materials that can withstand heavy loads of up to 1000kg.

2.Drive unit: Usually adopts two-wheel differential drive or four-wheel drive structure to ensure that the AGV travels stably in complex environments.

3.Navigation system: Using laser navigation and other technologies to achieve autonomous positioning and path planning of AGV lift.

4.Control system: As the brain of AGV lift, the control system is responsible for receiving task instructions, processing data and controlling the travelling and lifting movements of AGV lift.

5.Lifting Mechanism: The lifting mechanism is equipped to lift materials to meet the needs of handling at different heights.

6.Safety protection system: including laser obstacle avoidance sensor, anti-collision mechanism, sound and light alarm equipment, etc., to ensure the safety of AGV operation.
