Its suspension damping system uses a combination of aerospace-grade air springs and hydraulic dampers to limit vibration during transport to less than 0.3g, effectively protecting precision mechanical components and fragile cargo. The equipment supports 3D environment modelling and scans the ground for obstacles in real time through multi-line LIDAR, automatically avoiding low obstacles such as cables and ground locks. In actual tests at port terminals, it takes only 90 seconds to complete a one-way transport of standard container bottom pallets, which is 50% more efficient than traditional forklift solutions. The human-machine interface adopts a 10.1-inch industrial touch screen, supporting multi-language operation and real-time adjustment of task parameters. The triple safety protection system (pre-deceleration zone / emergency stop zone / physical bumper) together with the overload protection device ensures that the alarm will be triggered automatically when the load is 110%. The equipment has passed CE safety certification and ISO 3691-4 standards, and has successfully replaced 50 forklift trucks in a heavy equipment manufacturer's deployment, achieving a 42% reduction in annual operating costs and zero workplace accidents. The modular battery design supports quick changeover, and with the energy recovery system, the endurance can be increased to 10 hours of continuous operation.
