The Crawling AGV Robot is an intelligent device developed for complex industrial environments and special operating scenarios. It combines the autonomous navigation technology of AGVs with the flexible mobility of crawling robots. In terms of autonomous navigation, the robot adopts advanced laser navigation and vision navigation technologies. The laser navigation system is capable of emitting laser beams and constructing maps by analyzing the reflected light from the surrounding environment to achieve precise positioning and path planning; the visual navigation uses a high-definition camera to identify markers in the environment, which further improves the accuracy and reliability of navigation.
Its crawling structure adopts a unique multi-segment track design, with each segment independently adapting to different terrain ups and downs, enabling the robot to excel in complex maneuvers such as climbing stairs and crossing gullies. A multi-functional arm with multi-angle adjustment is installed in the middle of the robot. The arm is equipped with a force feedback function, which can sense the intensity of the operation in real time, so that it can precisely control the intensity to avoid damage when handling fragile objects or performing delicate operations. In addition, the robot is equipped with an intelligent control system that allows the operator to easily assign tasks, set parameters and monitor the status of the robot through a tablet PC or computer terminal.
