Crawler - type ROBOT (Crawler Robot) is a specialized equipment developed to cope with extreme environments and special operational needs. Its crawler part is made of special non-slip and wear-resistant material, which is specially treated to maintain good performance in harsh environments such as high temperature, low temperature and strong corrosion. The toothed design of the tracks increases the bite with the ground, even on steep slopes, it can firmly grip the ground and prevent slipping. An advanced thermal management system and protective measures are integrated inside the robot's body. The thermal management system automatically adjusts the heat dissipation of the internal electronic components according to the ambient temperature to ensure the normal operation of the equipment in a high-temperature environment; while the protective shell is made of high-strength composite materials with good waterproof, dustproof and impact resistance performance to effectively protect the internal precision components.
The robot is equipped with a multi-functional telescopic and rotatable arm. The arm is equipped with multiple operating modes, such as precision mode and powerful mode, which can be switched according to different operational requirements. In precision mode, the arm is capable of high-precision micro-operation, such as chip soldering, jewelry inlay, etc.; in power mode, it can output a larger force for lifting heavy objects or dismantling operations. In addition, the robot is equipped with a set of remote communication system, which supports a variety of communication protocols and is capable of realizing long-distance and stable wireless communication, making it convenient for operators to monitor and control the robot in real time remotely.
