With 'invisible' as its design concept, Unseen AGV adopts vision-assisted positioning and 5G edge computing technology, and through autonomous obstacle avoidance and dynamic path planning, it reduces the cost of transporting a unit of product from RMB 3 yuan/unit to RMB 0.5 yuan/unit in cross-floor transport at TCL Wuhan Intelligent Manufacturing Base. With its low body (≤30cm) and multi-sensor fusion navigation, it can flexibly shuttle between narrow production lines in the 3C electronics industry. Together with the AI vision quality inspection system, it can realise the secondary review of material information, and reduce the damage rate of goods from 0.8% to below 0.1%. The equipment supports seamless connection with lifts, roller lines and other equipment, and in the food and drug industry, through the WCS system scheduling, it can realise 7×24-hour uninterrupted operation to meet the strict requirements for timeliness in cold chain logistics.
